Workshops / For engineering teams

Teach your team
to ship with agents.

A live session for your engineers, built on your own codebase. Pick one of the sessions below, or tell me the topic and I will build it.

Taught agentic coding across the 500+ engineer org at The New York Times Previously at Amazon Remote worldwide or onsite in New York City

01 / The sessions

One session.
Your repositories.

Live, remote or onsite. Your team leaves with something written into your actual codebase, not a slide deck. Want to see how I teach before booking? Watch on YouTube, or see the proof.

01

Standards your agents actually follow

CLAUDE.md Workshop

A live 90-minute working session that encodes your team's standards into your real repositories, so coding agents follow the way you already ship: context files, review habits, and workflows tuned to your codebase.

$3,00090 minutes, live · remote or onsite. One flat price whether the room holds 20 engineers or 200.
  • A live 90-minute working session, on your repos
  • Your CLAUDE.md files, written live
  • Review habits your team will keep
  • The recording and a week of async Q&A

02

You pick the topic

Custom workshop

Tell me what your team needs to learn across agentic coding and developer tooling. I research it, build the session against your codebase, and teach it live.

How it’s priced

A flat quote based on the topic and how much research it needs, after a free 30-minute scoping call. We agree the price, the session length and the date before any work starts.

  • A session built for your team from scratch, worked against your repositories.
  • Topics across agentic coding and developer tooling: Claude Code workflows, AI code review, and context engineering.
  • A recording you keep, plus a week of async questions after the session.
  • An honest answer on the scoping call if it is not a topic I can teach well.

02 / How it works

From topic
to taught.

The same three steps whichever session you book. Nothing is charged before we agree the price and the date.
01

A free scoping call

Thirty minutes. You tell me the topic, who is in the room, and what they should be able to do afterwards. If it is not something I can teach well, I say so on this call.

02

I research and build it

The session gets written for your team and worked against your repositories, not generic examples. Lead time depends on the topic, so we agree the date here, once I know how deep the material goes.

03

Live session, then a week of questions

Live with your engineers, remote or onsite. You keep the recording, and your team can ask follow-up questions in a shared channel for a week afterwards.

Straight answers

Before
we begin.

What topics can you teach?

Agentic coding and developer tooling: Claude Code workflows, AI code review, context engineering, and the tooling around them. My YouTube channel is the running sample of how I teach this material, so you can judge the fit before booking anything. If you ask for something outside that, I will tell you on the scoping call rather than research my way into a session I cannot teach well.

How long is a session, and how far in advance do we need to book?

The CLAUDE.md Workshop is a fixed 90 minutes. A custom workshop is not, because both its length and its lead time depend on the topic: a subject close to material I already teach is shorter to build and can happen sooner, while one I need to research properly takes longer on both counts. We agree the length and the date together on the scoping call.

How many engineers can attend?

The CLAUDE.md Workshop is one flat price whether the room holds 20 engineers or 200. For a custom workshop, tell me the size of the room on the call and it is included in the quote.

Remote or onsite?

Remote worldwide, or onsite in and around New York City. Onsite outside that area is possible, with travel agreed before booking.

Do you need access to our codebase?

For the session to be worked against your real repositories, yes, at whatever level your security team is comfortable with. If access cannot be arranged, the session still runs against representative examples you provide.

Do you offer ongoing support after a workshop?

It depends on what you need, so send me the details and we will work out the shape of it. Tell me what your team is trying to keep moving after the session and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it. If what you want is continued one-on-one support, Claude coaching is already available by the session or in a five-hour package.
